Chief Executive Officer
Mark has senior experience in Marketing within the global services and manufacturing industry. He has a Master’s in Business and a Diploma in Property & Real Estate Management.
As CEO, Mark works with the Board guiding strategy, growth and business compliance. Mark is a Certified Practicing Marketer and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

PAUL SICARI
Chief Financial Officer
Paul joined Hirotec after a career in Chartered Accounting. He has been instrumental in growing the Hirotec Group to where it is today, focusing on business management, strategic operations and the development of people within the organisation.
Paul is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

MATTHEW GALE
National Business Development Mgr.
Matthew has 30 years’ experience in HVAC and Fire Industries. He has held a numerous senior roles and brings a wealth of industry knowledge to his current role. Matthew has worked with international HVAC and Fire manufacturers including Trane and Simplex bringing a high level of technical understanding to Hirotec.
His understanding of multiple trade disciplines allows for Matthew to drive pricing efficiency when working with customers.

ANTHONY JONES
National Operations Manager
Anthony’s expertise includes relationship & operations management, contract delivery & mobilisation, and contractor management.
His 25-year MEF industry experience and HVAC trade background contributes to his ability to drive service team performance. Having worked for major OEMs his technical knowledge in large chiller plant is extensive. Anthony is a well-respected team member at Hirotec.

Shanyn cardinale
National Corporate Services Manager
Shanyn has a wide range of experience. Shanyn is goal orientated with extensive years in Human Resources and Project Management, two years’ experience as an adult education training in software, 5 years counselling experience and 15 years’ experience in customer service and general administration.
Shanyn’s broad range of experience developed from staff development and training, providing advice on employment, recruitment, legislation, work cover, budget, legal and staff management.
